SBBOD? Are you referring to the grey overlay with the darker grey box, top-middle an apple logo, the rest filled with text along the lines of "This mac has crashed, please restart it by holding power down for 4 seconds" in various languages, or are you talking about the spinning pizza of death?
For what its worth, my mac crashes relatively often (once every 2 weeks, give or take), almost always when its trying to wake up from sleep. This has occurred across at least 3 macs so I guess its some weird software I must be running.
