When you run a small business, then focus and a net-positive cashflow are vital to stay alive. When a legal dispute drags on for months or years, it will impact both factors. Even if you were to win and your opponent were to pay your legal bills in the end - you could easily go bankrupt in the meantime because of the tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars you have to spend and all the time you can't direct to your business. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "The Java Posse" group.
