I disagree. The real problem with cookies, and computer security in
general, is mostly with the user's knowledge and culture, rather than in
technicalities. I think that 90% of internet users don't have a good
knowledge of what a cookie is, what can be done without risks etc. So,
part of them will just approve everything, part will disapprove too much
and run into troubles with some services. The good solution would be a
browser with an excellent UI and able to make users really aware of
what's happening.
