I agree. Whatever makes Dick giggle is a good thing, since he does
most of the work. I don't much care whether the fart sounds continue
or not. I fart sometimes. It's okay. Do you really know engineers who
would think poorly of you for recommending a tech podcast that
contains fart jokes? Even CNET's podcasts have some off-color humor in
them.

In addition to the Java Posse, I wholeheartedly recommend the yayQuery
podcast to web front-end programmers, even though yayQuery is filled
with lots of cursing and silly songs about unicorns and rainbows.
Those are the funny bits. The rest of the show is how I learn better
JavaScript. The funny bits make the learning more memorable.

That said, if the farting ever gets old I suggest They Might Be
Giants' song "Why Does The Sun Shine? (The Sun Is a Mass of
Incandescent Gas)" as a random crap jingle. I just think it sounds
random and funny. Pretty much any They Might Be Giants song would seem
random enough to fit the bill.
