Okay, you make a good case that Google could just put Dart into Chrome and that would perturb the choice of language for client side (in- browser) app development. If they're smart about it, the license will be compatible with use in Firefox, Safari, Opera and Internet Exploiter so that there's a good chance Dart would be accepted in all those browsers.
