The Firefox release process has nothing to do with Mozilla
blocklisting [1] vulnerable extensions or plugins as Firefox checks a

But is it possible to customize the block list in a corporate environment? I mean, I see many reasons for which in a corporate you would block stuff that is fine for Mozilla, and in this case the opposite. I suppose it's a file downloaded from a URL whose address can be configured. If it's not, then I'd say that Mozilla is a bad thing for corporate use.
