It's difficult to make it clear - but I would like to find something for designing really. Just like UML for classic backend software design. UML would work in a certain sense, but it would evoke nothing else than schematics to customers. I'm looking for some kind of visual design technique that would allow the customer to at least imagine what it will look like.
In the meantime it's decided we'll go for a web solution. Swing & al are ruled out.
