There's a wonderful tool for free out of there: VisualVM. Which ships with
all good JVM. :-) Type *jvisualvm* to run it.

You'll need to enable remote JMX on your server. Once this is done you'll
be able to connect with the server in visualvm using the "Sampler" tab. NOT
the "profiler" tab.
