No, as far as I can tell, even though I'm not sure. This is indeed a showstopper for our idea.
I had tried eclipse at apple store and it looked pretty crappy. Then there was some hi DPI config entry that one had to make it look perfect.
I've read something similar for NetBeans, but not being able to test myself I can't say.
