I use 1password <https://agilebits.com/onepassword> and dropbox<https://www.dropbox.com/>. It costs money, but it's been absolutely worthwhile for me. 1Password is available for Android, iOS, Mac and Windows, and once you've put your password storage in dropbox, it's shared automatically.
