When I said read, I meant a quick look at the schedule, how the course
is organized, what you have to do and how.

I don't see in this thread anything about javabeans.

That depends on you. You don't have to read tutorial, but really to
read the lessons, make all the exercices, not just open the already
made projects and run them. In my opinion, you don't need any book at
the beginning, just study the lessons proposed here, access all the
resources proposed, and that will be sufficient for a first approach.

If you read the home page, you'd see that the schedule is only a
proposal, you don't have to stick to it.
As for the time needed, I've already study this course 3 times, and I
still discover new things every day.

Sorry, but I never say that. Maybe someone else in private, but not
me.

Yes, this is a course for beginners, and as all technical matters,
you'll have to learn a few technical words at the beginning. I know it
is difficult, but don't be afraid of that, you'll have moments when
all will be clear, and another ones when all will be confused, but
even after 35 years of programming, that how it is. That's nothing
special to programming, it's true for every learning.

I could be your mother, so that you should not feel offending, anyway
sorry if it appeared so. Your "disappointing" was strange to me, how
could you be disappointing of something you have not even begun to
work on, it was as if you hope that you could learn Java in minutes,
or as if all the persons who spent time in putting this course at free
disposal had not made their best.
That said, I hope you enjoy studying Java.
