1. Because you used print() method. So that it prints 1,2...10 of ArrVar1.
And the Zero in that line is the first element of the x array.
Try insert System.out.println(""); before 2nd for loop. You will be cleared
2. Because c = 1 until c < 10. Thus, there are 9 zero elements, that's
simple
Try c = 0 or c <= 10. You will see that!
