I'm not the original poster.
What I proposed (generics) is to ensure that the collection
effectively contains only what it should and to give a general way of
dealing with this type of situation.
You may of course use the other above solutions but in this case,
nothing ensures that you cannot inject three Persons, instead of
exactly one Person, one Manager and one Employee.
PS: please reply to the group and not to a particular person, first
because you may reply to the wrong person, second because the
discussion may be of interest to more than one person.
