This is explained in each homework:
1 - Open a console or Terminal
2 - Go to the directory where your project is (cd directoryofproject)
3 - Zip it: jar cvf yourproject.zip yourproject
4 - Open your mail programm
5 - As object type or copy the one indicated in the homework
6 - As to type or copy the email address indicated in the homework
7 - Attached the zipped project to your homework together with the
screenshot
9 - Send your mail
