In this case, you may try this:
Language Java, Category Tabs and Indents:
Right Margin: 0
Continuation Indentation Size: 0
Then format (well if the format was in list at the beginning you have
to suppress the indentation at the beginning of line).

this ability. it offers many other convenient formatting options,
just not this one.
