Dear Agha,

I also consider that Eckel's Thinking in Java is one of the the best books
for learning Java, especially for the semantics. In the same context, the
tutorials of http://www.cafeaulait.org/course are very good. The author is
an old instructor in Brooklyn Polytehnic and claims that he is inspired also
from "Thinking In Java". These are assembled as a book, but may be read free
from the web site. I kindly recommend to all. Happy Coding .
