Nope, sorry…

I have this solution where I have wrapped your control inside a WebControl
in .Net and I use both prototype myself in addition to that I am using
Anthem.Net, but I am pretty sure it has to do with the fact that there’s a
select box on the top most window.

In my page I have 3 modal windows, first showing one, then another one on
top of that one and finally the third window that contains a select box.

Now if I move the select box OUT to somewhere ELSE on the page everything
goes like a breeze, but if the select box is inside the third window the
whole screen “flashes up” for just half a second or something…

This behavior does ONLY appear in IE 6!

I downloaded IE7 yesterday and in IE7 everything is a breeze…

In FireFox everything also is a breeze…

Btw, I don’t know if this is related to the same bug, but also I’ve noticed
that “very complex forms” sometimes (only in IE6) comes out “blank”.

With this I mean mostly EVERYTHING on the webpage is INVISIBLE…??

Now if I have such a page and then RIGHT click with my mouse on that page,
everything “pops up” like as out of nothing…??

Yet again a complex solution where I’ve wrapped your window as a
“WebControl” with Anthem.Net Ajax support with full WYSIWYG support in
Visual Studio, so it’s difficult to give an example before I install the app
somewhere…

I hope I don't ruin your day since obviously (according to the code) you
truly HATE select boxes and IE in combination… ;)

Anyway, if I have a modal form showing and then shows ANOTHER modal form on
TOP of that one and the last modal form contains a select box the whole
screen "flashes up" ??

It looks odd and is kind of like a visual artifact that's not nice to look
at…

Also I still haven't gotten that logic regarding the options.zIndex to work,
I had to rewrite parts of your code!

If you have a thourough explanation about how it works, feel free to share
it…

And finally…

Your code indentation is truly ackward in Visual Studio…

Could you try to either ONLY use tabs or ONLY spaces?

It's really hard to see what's inside scope braces when debugging your code…

Just because I complain a lot doesn't mean I don't truly love your work!

Nice work :-)
