disable scrolling for absolute positioned pages loded via URL.
I am using a dyntable (Rico.LiveGrid) in a window. at the time of
table construction the scrollbars smaller the window size. After
construction of the table, the scrollbars disapear, but leave too much
space. If I disable them (scrolling="no"), everything works fine.

similar goes to the application="yes" property - on writing a HTA application
using frames with sources from different hosts, js will be disabled if this tag
is not set.

I have patched my version already - this is just a discussion, if someone needs
this, too or if this is too specific...
