Not anymore. I found the culprit. When I put http://prototype-window.xilinus.com/ to the trusted sites, it suddenly worked. Of course, we can't ask people to put any site in the "trusted sites" list, and I am a bit wondering why it worked before with my security settings and why it doesn't do so anymore. Furthermore, the activex controls that are used are only used with Ajax (at least, I believe so). After some testing, restarting, testing etc I found that the setting "Binary and script behaviors" under "ActiveX controls and plugins" was set to "Disable". I wonder if it is possible to test, by code, whether the security on any client system is set too tight. Changing this setting to "Enable" solved the problem.
