I'm also using Dynarch calendar on top of pwc and applying the following 
very simple CSS rule worked for me:

.calendar {z-index:999}

Of course this is quite a trivial work-around and as Thomas mentioned, 
it "may break the behaviour of window appearance order" (unless you're 
using one window at a time).
