Sebastien,

Thanks for the reply.

Is this something you are planning/going to do sometime in the near future?

Subject: Re: [Javawin] Modal dialogs with parent container

well, it's not possible as the lib is.

The overlay is unique and attached to the body :(

I will need to modify it to be able to do it.

The only workaround is to use an iframa as parent, not very nice.

Hi,

I recently discovered this excellent library and I wanted to say that this is exactly what I was looking for, great work.

After playing around with it a bit, I realized that I would like to have a kind of window that I don’t know how to do, or if possible at all.

I would like to have an Info Dialog that is “semi-modal” - I mean, it has a parent element and it should center itself in it and “gray- out” only the parent container instead of the entire screen. I tried to set a parent parameter to the Dialog.Info() call but it doesn’t seem to have any effect.

Is this possible to do with Dialog.Info() or do I need to build the window manually by myself? Any examples would be appreciated.

Thanks.
