OS: MacOSX 10.3.9
Browser: 1.3.2(v132.6)
Windows can't be resized (it's not a dialog). On the bottom right div, where it
shoud appear resize cursor, it stay as there is not a resize option, even
showing resize backgroud image on that div.
Where the problem is:

Workarround:
1) I changed the following lines of windows.js:
597: var seAttributes = this.options.resizable ? "<div class='" + className
+ "_sizer' style='background-image: none' id='" + id + "_sizer' > </div>" :
"class='" + className + "_se'";
2) Added:
598: var seAttributesTD = this.options.resizable ? " class='" +
className + "_sizer' " : "class='" + className + "_se'";
3) Changed:
621: (old 620) <td " + seAttributesTD + ">" + seAttributes + "</td>\
With this, I could make resizable window to work in Safari 1.3, Safari 2.0.4
and FF1 (not tested with IE)
