The ToDo list is quite old, and most of it is not valid anymore.

The pipe and interface polices are valid, but 90% discussion and 10% 
implementation.  IRP policies are no longer applicable, since the API was 
simplified.  Error codes are always welcome, but I think I got a good 
number of them, if you know of any more of course let us know.  The 
security issue is also 90% discussion and 10% implementation.

Policies, security, and exceptions are all backwards-compatible; they are 
add-ons to the current API, so any applications writing to the current API 
will still work.

The only thing holding up JSR80 from becoming "official" is the TCK, there 
is no TCK written yet.

The TCK needs to be done, which involves a TCK spec and implementation, 
and probably also a Cypress USB developement board.


If you want to write an implementation for Windows, that would be really 
great!
