I just checked in a minimal pre-alpha for windows. Don't get excited! It doesn't let you actually communicate with devices, it only enumerates all connected devices. It needs more work to add hotplugging and fix other things. Also, a kernel driver is needed to actually communicate with devices.
Only source is in CVS now; you need the Windows 2000 DDK (or maybe later DDKs). If anyone really wants to try it out but doesn't have the DDK, I can email the DLL to the list, but it's nothing exciting, it just enumerates the USB bus.
