Hello I have a (mostly complete) implementation of javax.usb for Mac OS X. It includes device enumeration and basic reading and writing to/from devices on control and regular pipes. Adding additional functionality would be easy with enough motivation (I've only implemented what I needed for my own use at the moment).
This implementation should run on Mac OS X 10.1 or later (but has only been tested on Jaguar and the Panther prereleases). We're willing to open source this under the CPL and contribute it to the javax-usb project on SourceForge. Is anyone interested? -- Stephen M.
