I think you are referring to the Vendor requests?  Vendor requests are 
control transfers whose format is defined by the device vendor.  So unless 
you have the device spec, there no way to know what they mean (unless you 
figure it out by reverse engineering, i.e. look at what the device does 
when each one is sent).
