d'oh! So the javax-usb-ri-linux-1.0.0-1.i386.rpm is unfortunately missing the javax.usb.properties file. So, I just released javax-usb-ri-linux-1.0.0-2.i386.rpm, which includes the javax.usb.properties file. I moved the -1 version RPM out of the files section of sourceforge so it wouldn't be accidentally downloaded by anyone (else). If you downloaded the 1.0.0-1 version of the Linux RPM, please update to the 1.0.0-2 version.
