How much do they need to do? I've got various programs that query the bus for assorted information, including querying each device on the bus for its descriptors and string table and such. I have one that reads an incoming stream of data over an interrupt channel. I have another that listens as devices are plugged and unplugged.

I haven't yet sent data to a device, and I haven't worked with isochronous or bulk transfers, or manually submitted control IRPs. Would any of those require the Linux jar?
