Hello!  Great stuff, I'm excited for someone to get the Windows stuff working.

I suggest you focus on the libusb implementation.  The libusb
implementation for windows is at:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/libusb-win32/

I think there are some small limitations of libusb, such as it doesn't
provide topology information (so all USB devices appear to be
connected to a single host controller), and there may be some other
detailed limitations like lack of or limited support for some
Isochronous transfers or something.

I didn't write, and have no experience with, the libusb implementation
that's in CVS, but post any questions to this mailing list.  Either
me, or someone, will try to help.
