at Oglethorpe University, a division III NCAA school. The provisional mark
for a National Qualifying throw 57.50 meters and the automatic is around
61.00 meters. My best throw all year long is 54.40 meters. I only have two
meets left, and I would really like to qualify. I am the type of thrower
that relies heavily on technique and not much on strength. Does anyone have
any tips that could help me gain three or four more meters
