Hi Sue

My experience with the turbo is that you need to concentrate on applying your forces 
through the point of the jav.  As soon as you try to force the throw you lose the 
distance.  This is what makes the turbojav such a good training aid - in my opinion.

Since this list got started again, I got motivated to go throw, I didn't have a lot of
space so I used my turbo jav, and remembered that I could never get that thing to work
unless I only pulled my arm back even with my head.  What is the problem?  I  throw
the normal jav about 110ft, and have only been doing it just before summer started.
Can anyone help?
