Hi everyone, I downloaded the instalation file to upgrade my AVG free version to 7.5. When I was trying to install the program it said AVG has detected a bug in the program Roxio. I looked around on my computer for that program so that I could remove it, but I couldn't find it any where. I tryed to go on with the instalation process I chose repair and then I restarted my computer. While it was installing it said arror instalation process failed. Please help I don't know what to try next to get this updated. Do you think I should just try and get a different anti-virus program? I don't have any problems with AVG free version 7.1. I don't understand why the new version won't install. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Take care, Lisa Block quote
