I've never been aware that Dot Net Framework was required for the online
JAWS help to function. I'm almost certain that I never had it installed
until I had to install it in order to update my video drivers last year. I
can't be of any assistance as to helping you figure out why it won't
install, provided you have administrator privileges on that computer.
Oh...and I've finished dinner here in Florida where we had tornado warnings
this morning. Tornado warnings on Christmas Day is something that I never
thought I'd experience.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] .net framework and jaws help
Can anyone help on this? When I go to jaws help on any installed jaws
version, I get a bonk sound and the message that I have to install a .net
framework. I have tried to install both .net frameworks from windows update
but it fails every timme. I am supposed to contact my application provider
and don't even know what that means. No hurry on this: after all, we'll all
be eating Christmas dinner any minute, right? Marilyn
