Go into your windows temp folder and delete the items in there. I had this
before and FS told me to do that..

Hi all,
At least once a day, jaws just closes on me. The message is something
like, the application, jaws has encountered a problem and needed to close,
and I can send or not send an error report. I always send it thinking I
might get something back explaining what the problem was, but I never get
anything back. Does anyone have any ideas about what could be wrong?
