There are two ways to get to the tmp folder. One is to use win explorer or
my computer. Go to the drive that holds your files. It is usually Drive C:.
Open it and hit w for the window folder and open it. Hit the letter t until
you get to the T-M-P folder and hit enter and delete everything in there by
selecting all the file and hitting the delete key. Do the same with the
T-E-M-P folder and than the cookie folder and than on to the history folder.
Some don't like deleting the cookie folder, so that is a computer user
choice. You won't be able to delete the Index.Dat file by this method. so
don't select it.

Hi,

I don't have a file called windows temp. Do you remember what the actual
name of the file was? Thank you for giving me something to go on. The
error report did mention something about temp.

Take care,
Lois

Go into your windows temp folder and delete the items in there. I had this
before and FS told me to do that..
