I believe this is correct. The RealSpeak voices _cannot_ be downloaded from
the FS web site. My guess; and it's just that; is that there is something in
the licensing agreement that keeps FS from distributing the voices in any
other way.

It is my understanding that the only way to get the voices is to purchase
JAWS 8 and you then will receive a CD with the real speak voices along with
the JAWS CD.
