Donnie,
You need to route your jaws to pc and then do a control end.
Then place your jaws cursor on the click here and do a left mouse button.
This opens a dialogue that you can tab through and see what the error is.

Hey Guys & gals,
Sometimes I have had certain emails get hung up in my outbox. When this
happens I hear a message saying, "Mail delivery error - click here." When
it says click here, I have no idea where or what to click. I had my wife
take a look at it today when it happened and here is what she saw. Across
the bottom of my screen there is some type of bar of information running.
It may be called the status bar, I'm not sure. But, anyway, that is the
place where the error message is telling me to click. So, how do I get down
there to do that. I hope I have made a little bit of sense so you can
understand what I am talking about.
