Hi Jeffrey, Is it possible for you to load Jaws after Windows has loaded, or unload Jaws, and re-load before opening Excel? If you can, give this a try, and see if it makes any improvement. I'm running the most current of Jaws on an XP Home Edition operating system, and when I open a workbook, Jaws does not always complete the expected announcements, i.e., the contents and coordinates of the cell where the cursor is positioned. If I use the insert+f4 command, and then Escape instead of unloading Jaws, the contents and coordinates are announced, and everything works fine. Has anyone else experienced this behavior, and is there a more permanent solution than I have found?
