Donny and all - I went through that whole long explanation for nothing and I've learned something today that I never knew before.
Donny, you don't need to use all those long steps I gave, although they _might_ come in handy for something else one day. However, all you need to do is what I explained a couple of minutes ago--just go to the web site you want to create a shortcut for, press ALT+F, press the letter E or navigate to Send To, then locate the Shortcut to Desktop item and press ENTER or just press the letter S. Saves a bunch of work!
