Hi Rich,
Just open up the favourites menu, then press the applications key to the
left of the right control key.
Once you do this, Jaws may not speak that the applications menu is open, but
don't worry, just arrow up or down and you'll find it is open.
Once you find that it is open, just arrow up to sort by, then arrow to name
and press enter.
This will organize your favourites menu into alphabetical order.
If, on the other hand you want to place them in folders, I would suggest you
do it via the favourites folder on your hard drive, as opposed to doing it
through the menus.
I just find it easier and less frustrating.
To do this, just go into your my computer, under the c: drive, then into
documents and settings, then to your name, or the name of the default user
on the computer, usually, that's your name, then pressing enter on the
favourites folder. At this point you'll be able to create folders and move
your existing favourites into existing folders just by cutting and pasting.
Again, this is just my preference, and others may find it easier another
way.
