Do what Rick said and then you will no longer hear that text. Personally I set mine to play a sound but that's personal choice right there. I wouldn't need to do that since I sort my messages in to folders. I place that text in the subject line for folks who like to setup message rules based on the subject line.

message with the answer.  How do you get JAWS to not read the bracketed part
of the subject line in emails?  Specifically, I like to cancel that part in
