If you haven't rebooted your computer, do that. Is it in your System tray now? If it is,Before trying again what Walt suggests, bring it up in the System Tray, tab to right-click, and arrow to or look for something which says "exit" or a similar word. Hit enter on exit. Now do the Windows Explorer thing, as before. (Ditto if it is no longer in your System Tray.)

Hey Walt,
I had my husband to delete the program. He followed your steps.
He went into programs file and tried to delete it, but it said that it was
denied, because some other program is using it, but we couldn't find out
which one. He went into the system tray and closed IDailyDiary, but it still
wouldn't let us delete it.
What do I do now.
