Hi Susan. The only reliable way I know to do this is to "move" the message to a folder. That function is under the E tab on your tool bar. You can send a message there and it will remain for as long as you need, assuming there aren't any computer problems. You can set up folders with appropriate names such as "Saved from E-mail " or "e-mail closet" and then you can sort as well as reserve these messages for attention later. I hope that helps.
