Go to the start menu, settings and then control panel. After you open the control panel, type an I until you hear, Internet Options and press enter. Control tab one time to, security. You should have 4 selections here and normally the default is on Internet. If it doesn't say Internet, then use your left or right arrow until you hear it. Tab one time to, security level. Normally this is set at medium. Tab two more times to, reset to default and press your spacebar. Tab to OK and spacebar again. Then close the control panel.
