The Insert+3 pass, will work if you use the number keys on the number row instead of those on the numpad. If you want to use those on the numpad, you will have to, as stated before, press the numlock on.

You need to use the "Pass Key Through" feature of JAWS; you do this by pressing <JAWS Key>+3 (on the number pad). Then if you enter in the number of your choice the web site will act appropriately.
