This is the resurfacing of an old problem between JAWS and Spybot.  You need to 
unload JAWS for the installation (at least for the part until you hit the 
Accept Button), and use Windows Narrator - WindowsKey+u, u, to invoke 
Narrator.)  It will speak the Spybot installation dialogue.  That done, you can 
close Windows narrator and reload JAWS.  Everything is normal between them 
after that.
