I would like to thank everyone for all the help with my downloading problem. I fixed the problem. Someone suggested that I get rid of cookies, timporary internet files. I did that, but I did not get rid of off line content. I red somewhere that it would be safe to do this and I did. Shazam. I can download again. I can never thank every one enough.
