Marilyn:
I have DSL from Sprint (no dial-up) and I am plagued with the problem when
attempting to down load email messages. I am using Outlook Express and when
I hit the ctrl-M, I get a screen asking me to enter my Earthlink sign on
information (this would be for a dial-up), the only thing I can do is click
on the "cancel" button, there are times I have to repeat this procedure 5 or
6 times before the connection is established and downloading of emails
begin. The whole thing is very annoying. I have a one year contract with
Sprint and it runs through August. I would like to go to "Comcast" cable,
as I have been told it is better.
Thanks,
George R. Marshall
