Mich, After you go to the system tray and enter on the, updates, you can tab to, express, recommended and down arrow to, advanced. Then tab to, next. This will bring up a list of what is being updated. Just arrow down through the list and press your spacebar on what you don't want installed. Everything is checked by default. Then tab to, install. If you do unselect something, you will get a dialogue asking if you want to be reminded of that update again. so it is up to you if you want to be or not. HTH Denny
