Hi Kerry, This did help, I was able to change the settings for his account. The only thing that doesn't work too well is, switching users between the welcome screen. Jaws doesn't read so I'd have to switch to his user for him, I can see some...but he wouldn't be able to get to his user on his own as he is total. Any ideas how to fix this? Carla
